Plant Characteristics
The Capsicum Tabasco grows as a bushy annual, reaching heights of approximately 14 cm (about 5.5 inches). Its compact size makes it perfect for container gardening or small spaces. The plant produces an abundance of upright, tapered peppers that start off green and transition through shades of yellow and orange before ripening to a bright red. Each pepper measures about 2 inches long and packs a spicy punch, ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville Heat Units.

Growing Conditions
This herb thrives in full sunlight and requires well-drained soil with a slightly acidic pH between 5.5 and 7.0. Ideal growing temperatures range from 25°C to 30°C (77°F to 86°F). For optimal growth, maintain consistent moisture without allowing standing water, as this can lead to root rot.
